Siegbert: Mother... So this is where you were.

Selena: Oh, Siegbert... What do you want?

Siegbert: You seem tired. Is everything OK?

Selena: Everything's FINE. Except for how much work they dump on me and all the headaches I get from it...

Siegbert: I see... Mother, I think I know the perfect way to help us both!

Selena: Help? You think I need help?

Siegbert: I'd like to give you a shoulder massage.

Selena: Weren't you talking about helping us both? Sounds like I get all the benefit here.

Siegbert: Ah, but like you, I've been feeling some aches and pains. One of the healers here showed me some pressure points to relieve the pain, but I can't really find the spots when I try to massage myself. If I could practice on your shoulders, you could tell me when I find the spots.

Selena: So that's the deal... Yeah, I can go along with that.

Siegbert: Excellent! Thank you, Mother. Here, try and relax...

Selena: Whoa... This feels great! I should have gotten someone to do this for me years ago! Thanks, Siegbert. Should I, uh...?

Siegbert: No need for concern, Mother. I'm the one who should be thanking you. Now that I know where to apply pressure, my pain will be a thing of the past.

Selena: Oh, right. Forgot about that. Well, it's worth saying anyway: thanks, Siegbert.

B Support

Siegbert: Ugh...

Selena: You don't look so hot. Is your neck acting up or something?

Siegbert: It's nothing, Mother. Don't worry about it.

Selena: Don't fidget so much! This is a massage, not a wrestling match!

Siegbert: I'm fine, really! I don't want to be seen like this.

Selena: Then stay still, or I'll call everyone to come watch!

Siegbert: *sigh* Fine...

Selena: Hmm...you've got bigger problems than an embarrassing mom, don't you?

Siegbert: Nothing you need to worry about— I'm sure I can handle things on my own.

Selena: Oooh, you really don't want to lie to me, kid.

Siegbert: Well... Lately I find myself lost in thought a lot. I can't help thinking that I'm not strong enough yet. Or wondering if I have what it takes to protect the people.

Selena: Well, the world is bigger than you know. You'd be surprised... There are folks out there with powers and techniques we can't even imagine. Next to that sort, you feel pretty scrawny, right?

Siegbert: Mother, you aren't really helping...

Selena: Well, don't. It's stupid. You should see it as an opportunity. All that knowledge and experience they have? Drink it up! Swim around in it! That's how kids like you grow up. You're young, so grab as much as you can from us old folks.

Siegbert: Studying my elders... That's what will make me stronger. Thank you, Mother. I feel a bit better already.

Selena: As long as you get me. Let me know if your shoulders seize up from worrying, and I'll massage 'em again.

A Support

Siegbert: Mother, have you got some free time?

Selena: If it isn't Siegbert... What is it now?

Siegbert: Well, I'd like to give you another shoulder massage.

Selena: Hmm... You're not buttering me up for something, are you?

Siegbert: N-no, of course not! I just wanted to repay you for the advice you offered me the other day.

Selena: What, like a reward? Wow, whatever I said must have been good.

Siegbert: Very much so. I've been able to apply that open-mindedness to several situations. I've learned from villagers what it is to live diligently. And from my comrades, I've learned what it's like to face strong enemies... I've witnessed all different kinds of strength from the people I've encountered. And I've become acutely aware of my own shortcomings. But now, instead of grinding to a stop when I find a fault in myself... I want to push forward and overcome the obstacle.

Selena: Wh...who are you, and what did you do with my son?!

Siegbert: You jest, but I'm still the same weak, inexperienced Siegbert. I'm sure I'll still find things to be worried about... But that's also a necessary waypoint on the path to growing stronger... For now, I think I'll puff out my chest and brood a little, like Father.

Selena: Hmm... I guess that's fine. Like father, like son and all. But don't be too much of a stiff about it. You need to open up sometimes, and if no one else is around, I'll be here for you.
