| Comment | Narcian comes to Cipher bringing that certain charm everyone hated him for. With a fairly consistent and cheap discard tool, alongside a malicious aura to nullify all effects of support emblems, and 30 support to top it off, Narcian will certainly disrupt whoever has fallen in his path. Basically, as long as Narcian is in play, your opponent's support emblems on cards disappear as long as he is there. | |||||
