The player is given two options on how to respond:

If the player chooses option 2:
Upset Producer: Oh, you're busy...? I see. Well, this is a problem. They might sell out at this rate...
Conversation ends, request unaccepted.
If the player chooses option 1:
Works' taken its toll on my body lately... I wanna do something about it, but I don't got time for a massage. *Sigh* I hear Doc Camera in Shibuya is selling a health product, the Soothing Pack. I can't get out of work, so maybe you could buy me one... Would you be willing to do that?
The player is given the choice whether to accept the request or not.
If the player chooses "no":
Upset Producer: Oh, you're busy...? I see. Well, this is a problem. They might sell out at this rate...
Conversation ends, request unaccepted.
If the player chooses "yes":
Upset Producer: I really appreciate it! It's 9,200 yen, so this should cover it. I'm counting on you!
Itsuki receives 10,000 yen.
The shop in question is directly left of Carabia in Shibuya. There is a woman with a white jacket in front of the store.
Female Staff: We apologize, but our limited supply of deluxe Soothing Packs is sold out!
Itsuki: (It's already sold out... Guess I should report back.)
Speak to the upset producer.
Upset Producer: Urgh... I was too late... *Sigh* --You! I give you permission to use any means possible. Just get me one! Please! Go and buy from someone... anyone! Whatever the price! I MUST have a Soothing Pack! I'll give you extra money. Here! I'm counting on you!

There is a grey-suited man in Shibuya next to Carabia.

Itsuki asks if he can purchase their Soothing Pack.

The player is given the option whether to buy the item or not.
If the player refuses:

'If the player accepts:
