'The player is given two options on how to respond:

If the player chooses option 2:

Arrogant Man: H-Hey! What're you, tryin' to run!?

Conversation ends, request unaccepted.

If the player chooses option 1:

Arrogant Man: Hey, don't you pretend you don't know what I'm talkin' about! That item is super rare! When'd you steal it from me!? Was it when I stopped at the convenience store? Or when I was eatin' ramen? ... Or while I was smokin' by the station? That's my good luck charm! So where'd you put it? Give it back, damn you!

The player is given the choice whether to accept the quest or not.

If the player chooses "no:"

Arrogant Man: H-Hey! What're you, tryin' to run!?

Conversation ends, request unaccepted.

If the player chooses "yes:"
