Commander III Improves the accuracy of allies in a 7-space radius by 20
Imperator Improves the accuracy of all allies by 20
Illustrious General Empowers allies in a 12-space radius (Accuracy +40, ATK/DEF/RES +7)
Imbecile Inflicts ACC/EVA -10, ATK/DEF/RES -1 to allies in a 5-space radius
Charisma Improves the evasion of allies in a 5-space radius by 5
Starmaiden's Grace Improves the ATK/DEF/RES of all allies by 2
Battle Hymn Improves the ATK of allies in a 3-space radius by 1
Dark Pall Improves the DEF/RES of all allies by 3
Delirium Improves the critical hit rate of all allies by 17
Glamor Improves the ATK of adjacent allies by 3
Good Neighbor Improves the DEF/RES of adjacent allies by 3
Good Neighbor II Improves the DEF/RES of adjacent allies by 5
Multichance Unit may strike twice consecutively with (AGI×3)% chance
Triple Threat Unit may strike thrice consecutively with 20% chance
Flurry Unit may strike five times consecutively with (DEX)% chance

Multistrike Unit always strike twice consecutively
Critical Edge Improves the unit's critical hit rate by the dexterity value
Mettle Improves CRIT by (HP lost/full HP)×50 if unit's HP is under 50%
Wrath Has a 25% chance of producing a critical hit when counterattacking
Critical Reprisal Guarantees the unit's counterattacks are critical hits
Shield Has a (DEX)% chance of nullifying an opponent's attack
Greatshield Has an 18% chance of nullifying an opponent's attack
Axe Defend Negates incoming attacks with an axe with (STR)% chance
Aegis Negates incoming attacks with a shield of magic with (MAG)% chance
Aegis II Negates incoming attacks with a shield of magic with 20% chance
High Evasion Increases the unit's evasion by 20
Shimmer Increases the unit's evasion by 50
Absolute Evasion Increases the unit's evasion by 100
Orison Improves EVA by (HP lost/full HP)×50 if unit's HP is under 50%
Benison Has a (LUCK×2)% chance of saving the unit from a mortal blow
Acumen Attacks always connect with (DEX×2)% activation

Lurk Increases terrain evasion bonuses by ×1.5

Lockpick Opens doors, chests and gates without a key
Diligence Increases EXP intake by 50%; applies even after class change
Herb Forager May obtain Herbs at the start of each turn with 15% chance (until Turn 23)
Recondition 1st item in the inventory gains +1 use each turn (until Turn 20)
Variegate Blend in with the surroundings to become invisible (Assassins only)
Haggler Purchase from shops for 25% less
Master Haggler Purchase from shops for 33% less
Weaponguard Does not expend weapon durability
Dark Horse Growth rates for every non-mobility stats are increased by 10%
Taskmaster Refreshes an adjacent unit
Supplier Confers unit access to the convoy
Double March Allows the unit to move with remaining movement after an action
Advanced Class Reduces EXP intake to 60% (except for innately-earned EXP).
