Strategy

The player begins trapped between Lucina's Rogue forces to the north and Marth's Enemy forces to the south. There are many armored units on the map, so magic users are recommended. Sword users have little to do here, as there are no axe-wielding enemies and many lance-wielding ones. Both of the opposing commanders wield swords, so a lance user is recommended to finish the mission off.

As soon as the map begins, Lianna will advance on the allied base from the northeast, and Cordelia from the southwest. When defeated, they will cause the Rogue and Enemy bases to open up, respectively. Three enemy Generals will appear in forts to ambush the player's army. Another General will also appear to track your lead unit, and will summon reinforcements if allowed to do so. Your magic user should be able to eliminate all Generals with ease.

After the Enemy base opens, Myrmidons will advance on the Allied Commander, and after the Rogue base opens Mages will advance on the Allied Base. Enemy Myrmidons and Rogue Cavaliers will also spawn to assault the base and commander whenever one side gains momentum over the other.
