Elibian Nights is the primary project of the hacker, Arch. The project began as "Archanean Nights," a remake of the BSFE tales that had been released online for the SNES. However, FE3DS's internal remake of these chapters left Archanean Nights dead. Nayr L. Rosfar approached Arch about keeping the focus of the BSFE remake, but shifting the focus to Elibe's cast. At first Arch was hesitant, but after pondering his own ideas the project grew on him.

Format

The format for Elibian Nights is one unique feature to the hack. Instead of following one character as a lord throughout the entire game, each of the game's twelve chapters focuses around a specific character. The game is split into "Tales," each tale being the story of an important character in FE7 between the end of FE7 and the beginning of FE6. After completing a Tale, the player is taken to the "Tale Select" map. Completing each Tale unlocks the next one, and each Tale can be replayed to find secrets one may have missed (or merely for fun).

Tales

A total of twelve tales have been confirmed to the public, this number is close to what players should expect for the final release.

  • Tale 1: Lost Resolve (Eliwood's Tale)
  • Tale 1 pt. 2: Rebuilding Pherae (Merlinus's Tale)
  • Tale 2: Cornwell's Vengeance (Raven's Tale)
  • Tale 3: Homecoming (Lyn's Tale)
  • Tale 3 pt. 2
  • Tale 4: The Archsage's Pupil (Pent's Tale)
  • Tale 4 pt. 2
  • Tale 5: The Leader of Lycia (Hector's Tale)
  • Tale 6: From Demon to Saint (Karel's Tale)
  • Tale 7 (Zealot's Tale)
  • Tale 8 ???)
  • Final Tale (???)
