Stat gains during a level up are determined by the character and their current class.

When looking solely at the class contribution, characters may gain random stats during a Level Up--the chance is equal to the growth rate value, as a percentage. Eg. a Myrmidon has a 10% chance of gaining 1 Speed during a Level Up.

Each character also gains fixed stats according to their Level. When these two factors overlap, this can lead to stats increasing by 2 or HP by ~200.

If HP is rolled, the character gains 95 to 105 HP (the amount is seemingly random).
