Strategy
The eastern half of the map has Wyvern Riders, so an Archer or a Dracoslayer can make quick work of it. The rest of the map has Myrmidons and Archers, so a solid lance infantry unit such as Azura or Oboro can perform well there. This is a defensive mission, so focus on your bases.
First, the Wyvern Lord Ruffian will attack the E Wood Fort. A volley of arrows should be enough to unseat them. A Rally Captain Myrmidon will also appear down near the enemy base. They'll make things difficult if they're allowed to stay there, so take them out once you defeat the Wyvern Lord; your other units should remain to defend the bases. After the first Ruffian, the second one, the Archer, will advance on the Upstream Fort. The Swordmaster Ruffian won't sit around idly either, and will start a long march to your Allied Base.
Once you take out the three Ruffians, Corrin's base will open, but you're not out of the woods yet; Sakura and a few other troops will advance on your Allied Base, and ambush troop Myrmidons will spawn from the two southwestern keeps. Takumi and Camilla are also dangers, and should be eliminated quickly if you haven't already dealt with them. Once they're all taken care of, Corrin can be defeated with a Dracoslayer weapon or lances.
