Arthur (Nohr) (Cipher)

Wiki Editor's Note: Fates was recently added onto Arthur's page due to the fact that there's two Arthur's in localisation when Arthur in Genealogy is supposed to be called 'Asa' in Japanese and Arthur from Fates is supposed to be called 'Harold'.
As a result, they will be split between Arthur (Fates) and Arthur (Genealogy), to avoid a mixup. They are not the same person.
They can support each other, and you cannot perform a critical or avoid with one of the Arthur to the other Arthur, just to clear things up.
