Wiki Editor's Note: In Japanese, Arthur (Nohr) is actually named Harold, but the Official localization named him Arthur.
As a result, the two Arthurs have been split up to avoid confusion. They are not the same character.
They can support each other, and you cannot perform a Critical Hits or Evasions with one Arthur for the other.
