Side Story: Opening Your Heart

When the Side Story is available, the player will receive the following Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: Itsuki! what do I do!? apparently I lack "devilish charm"! T_T Tsubasa: could you come to the cafe? I'll be out front! when you get here, I'll fill you in on the details!

If the player waits a while before doing the Side Story, the player will receive the following Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: Itsukiiii! I'll be waiting in front of the cafe!

Shibuya: Outside Cafe Seiren

Tsubasa: Oh, Itsuki! You came! I want to talk to you about something... Do you have time?

The player is given two options on how to respond:

• Yes
• No

If the player chooses "no":

Itsuki: Sorry. I was just passing by.

Tsubasa: I see... That's too bad...

If the player chooses "yes":

Itsuki: Sure.

Cafe Seiren

Tsubasa: I have a gig for a soft-drink commercial soon. I'll be the 15th Amrita Girl... but I'm kinda worried.

Itsuki: Amrita Girl?

Tsubasa: That's what they call the girls in those ads for Amrita Shower. Supposed it's a stepping stone for new talent.

Itsuki: Wait. Is that the same Amrita Shower that's sold in supermarkets...? That's awesome! I drink it a lot too.

Tsubasa: It's delicious, right? I love it too! Grape's my favorite flavor... Hmmm, but avocado's hard to ignore too... Hrm...

Itsuki: So, what's troubling you?

Tsubasa: Oh, right. Filming for that just started, but the director told me that I'm lacking in devilish charms...

When you reach Shibuya Station, you will receive a new Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: Itsuki! I think I found what might be little devil! =x Tsubasa: I, Tsubasa Oribe, will continue my pursuit! Tsubasa:

After talking to an NPC that mentions the stray cat being fed by Hee Ho Mart, you head over there and walk further down to receive a new Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: Itsuki! what do I do!? :< Tsubasa: while chasing after Little Devil, I found a delicious looking crepe place! Tsubasa: MMMMM Tsubasa:

Cat Aficionado: Little Devil? Oh yeah, I've seen it around here. I don't know where it comes from, but you might be able to find it if you keep an eye on the alleys around here.

You receive a new Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: IT'S SO GOOOOOOD Tsubasa: [image of dessert] Tsubasa: but don't worry! I didn't forget about Little Devil! Tsubasa: I bought this crepe to bait the kitty! I'll use it to successfully secure the target! Tsubasa:

Walk over to a nearby alleyway from Cat Aficionado and you will receive a new Topic from Tsubasa:

Tsubasa: Itsuki! Tsubasa: so the thing I was chasing... turns out it wasn't Little Devil. Tsubasa: it was a raccoon. orz Tsubasa: AND IT TOOK MY CREPE!!! Tsubasa:

It seems Little Devil appears here... Call Tsubasa?

The player is given two options on how to respond:

• I should call her.
• Maybe later...

If the player chooses option 2:

The screen returns to gameplay.

If the player chooses option 1:

You send an urgent Topic:

Itsuki: How's it going on your end? Tsubasa: no good... Tsubasa: Itsuki: I've gotten a tip on where Little Devil shows up. Tsubasa: that's amazing, Itsuki! what a detective! you're like the Watson of Shibuya! Itsuki: I'll be waiting for you in front of the drug store. Itsuki: Also, Watson's the doctor.

The scene transitions to Itsuki and Tsubasa standing behind a building.

Tsubasa: Oooh, my heart's pounding!

Itsuki: Tsubasa, you need to be quieter...

The scene goes blank and a cat shows up on the screen.

Tsubasa: Oh! Look, Itsuki!

Itsuki: You got this?

Tsubasa: Yup! I'll give it a try!

Tsubasa approaches the cat.

Tsubasa: Umm, hello, Little Devil. H-How're you doing today, if I may ask? *Gasp*

The cat rolls over on its back.

Tsubasa: Squee! I think I can pet it right now...!

Cat: Hissssss!

Tsubasa: Yeeaaah... That's what I thought...

Tsubasa: All right, this is gonna be a waiting game.

The scene goes blank as Tsubasa crouches in front of the cat.

Sightseers: *Crowd murmur*

Tsubasa: Mrrrooooow!

Cat: Mrrrooooow! Mreow?

Tsubasa: Mrow! Meow!

Itsuki: Tsubasa's communicating with a cat...

Sightseeing Woman: Hey, what's with that? Talk about hilarious.

Sightseeing Man: What a weirdo. Is she trying to be eccentric? Like, "Look what a special snowflake I am"? Hahaha!

Sightseeing Woman: Should I snap a pic and post it online?

Kiria: I was wondering what all the fuss was about. That's some concentration. She isn't fazed by any onlookers at all...

Itsuki: Oh. Hey, Kiria.

Kiria: Who goes that far just because of a simple comment made by a director? Absurd.

Tsubasa gets up suddenly.

Tsubasa shines and the cinematic for a new Performa appears on the screen.

Tsubasa Oribe's soul as an entertainer has achieved a new awakening... Tsubasa's inspiration has taken form as new Performa: Tantalizing Charm!

Tsubasa: Thank you so much, Coach!

The cat walks away as Itsuki approaches Tsubasa.

Itsuki: Looks like you figured it out.

Tsubasa: Mm-hm! I sure did, Itsuki!

You receive a new Topic from Tiki in the Side Story tab:

Tiki: I sensed a new Performa being born from Tsubasa, even from here! Tiki: I can perform a Unity for her, so come to the Bloom Palace whenever you're ready! Tiki:

Caeda: Observing a cat to learn how to grasp the hearts of others... That open-minded way of thought is very you, Tsubasa.

Tsubasa: I don't know if it's the right answer, but I'll tackle my next gig with what I learned!

Caeda: That's the spirit, Tsubasa. Still, the means of swaying someone's heart... I had absolutely no idea how to accomplish such a task... Truly, it seems quite a difficult feat.

Tsubasa: I know, right? Even you didn't know what to do. It's only natural I had trouble with it too.

Caeda: But I am certain you can skillfully do that now, Tsubasa!

Tsubasa: Thanks, Caeda!

Touma: Aw yeah! You totally nailed it! I hear the feedback on the commercial was pretty great too.

The screen transitions to a magazine cover.

Touma: Tsubasa started out with a pure and innocent image, but now she's aiming to be a devilish idol who leads guys on.

The player is given two options on how to respond:

• I'm not worried.
• You're more like a... puppy.

If the player responds with option 1:

Itsuki: I'm not worried. I just can't imagine you ever becoming someone like that.

Tsubasa: Hrgh...! It's a teeny bit frustrating to hear you say that though. Maybe I should become a little devilish...

Itsuki: So will you?

Tsubasa: No! Geez!

Itsuki: ...Really though, it's amazing. You're a full-fledged idol now, Tsubasa.

Tsubasa: Ehehe, it's all thanks to you, Itsuki! I'm gonna keep doing my best, so I hope you keep watching over me!

'If the player responds with option 2:

Itsuki: Instead of devilish, I'd say you're more... like a puppy that wags its tail. You're quite the opposite...

Tsubasa: Hrgh...! Y-You think so? I mean, it's true that I may have kinda used to be a teeny bit reckless... But now I'm a lively Amrita Girl! I'm on a whole 'nother level from the old me!

Itsuki: ...Really though, it's amazing. You're a full-fledged idol now, Tsubasa.
